Hassan was the receptionist when I checked-in. I was travelling from KB for work-related and he was being very considerate on the deposit charge. I didnt know there was a difference in amount for deposit if you pay by cash (RM100) and credit card (RM50). So, thanks to him, I paid cash and only paid half price depo. Reached KL late due to rain & traffic but the bed we get managed to put us in deep sleep and it was comfy. Room space was just nice for husband & I and despite the mrt track & main road was outside our window, it was a noise-proof room! Breakfast was good at the total price of amount. Definitely a satisfying one! Tq!

Free and spacious parking. The staff very friendly and helpful. Room included breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out process. Room are clean and worth the price. For Queen bed room, it's soundproof. You can enjoy a quite and calm night

connecting rooms, we booked two rooms. hair dryer in room. Wifi very fast, wifi password on room card. breakfast ok. one dustbin in room and bath room each. mirrors in room free parking underground. like the lock of the room door, very secure will stay again.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The place is comfortable and clean. The hotel has nice fancy elevators & well decorated. Safety features on door and windows that I stayed in. Felt safe staying there.The breakfast buffet has lots of options too.I recommend this place. I would rate 5 stars and worth my money.

Check in 23 nov 2024, around 1.30pm Reception staff very good n polite, man n specky. The whole service is very good from check in to check out time. Iam very satisfied with the service. Thank you very much.
